How does an agreement between you and DANO come about?
DANO’s site offers organic products for dogs and cats. If you place an order, this is an offer to us to purchase a product. Before a contract is actually formed, all orders must first be accepted by us. After you have placed an order on our site, you will receive an order confirmation from us. Only after you have received this order confirmation, the agreement is a fact and these conditions apply. If the product ordered cannot be delivered, you will be informed of this and your order will not be processed.
The order only relates to the products mentioned in the order confirmation. Products ordered but not mentioned in the order confirmation, we are not obliged to deliver.
Personal information provided during the use of our site will be handled in accordance with our privacy statement. Please review the privacy statement carefully to see what terms apply to you.
The images of the products on our site show as much as possible a true reflection of the products offered. However, it is possible that the delivered products differ slightly from the way they are shown on our site. No rights can be derived from this.
About our prices
At the time you place your order, the prices will be as displayed on our site at that time. Prices may change, for example due to changes in VAT rates. These price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and for which the amount has already been paid in full.
The prices on our site include VAT. If shipping costs are charged, this will be clearly and timely stated in the ordering process. On the order page these costs will be listed separately.
For prices and other information about products on our site is a reservation of possible programming and typing errors. No agreement with DANO can be claimed on the basis of such errors.
Fulfillment and warranty
We ensure that our products comply with the agreement and the specifications stated in the offer. We also guarantee that the products meet the reasonable quality requirements and/or usability, in accordance with existing legal provisions and/or government regulations on the date the agreement was concluded.
About the delivery of our products
Orders placed through our site are processed with the utmost care. Delivery of orders takes place at the address indicated by you in the ordering process. We strive to process orders placed before 10:00 p.m. the same day. Delivery takes place via DHL, unless otherwise agreed. We do not deliver packages to PO boxes or pickup points. After an order has been placed, you will receive a DHL track & trace code, with which you can follow your package. The risk of damage and/or loss of products lies with DANO, until the moment of delivery to the indicated delivery address.
If the delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be carried out in full or in part, you will be notified within 30 days of placing your order. In that case you have the right to dissolve the agreement without costs. It is also possible to resend the products ordered. After termination, DANO will immediately reimburse the amount you paid.
What payment options are available?
You can pay for your orders online using iDeal, PayPal, credit card (MasterCard and Visa), Bancontact / MisterCash, Giropay, and Sofortbanking. If errors are discovered in the payment data provided or mentioned, these must be reported immediately by telephone (+31 (0) 341 43 98 50) or by e-mail (email@example.com).
All agreements between you and DANO, as well as any disputes arising from them, are governed by Dutch law only.
